"To have a worry free tankless system in your home, it’s all in the installation."

Typical installation starts with removing your old existing hot water tank or tanks located in the garage or attic.

Second part is to remove the existing exhaust stack and replace it with the advance Navien or the Rinnai intake/exhaust system.

We then construct a wooden platform for the tankless unit to be mounted on.

The 110v electrical outlet is then installed. All the water and gas piping re-designed and installed to Rinnai, Navien and local codes specifications.

We also include in each installation a whole house sediment filter to increase the life of your new unit.

Our unit installations are designed for 20 years or more of maintenance free service.
